Rob has a unique background that allows him to seamlessly navigate the diverse markets that the OwnersEdge operating companies compete in. Early in his career, he spent 12 years as a management consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Galt & Company, working with 13 of the largest Fortune 200 companies in the world across nine different industries. Rob’s primary role was as an adviser to chief executives and board-level management on the strategic, operating, and organizational changes needed to deliver superior shareholder returns. From there, he moved into the world of entrepreneurship and ran his own company, Communications Service Wisconsin (CSW), for five years. When CSW was acquired by OwnersEdge in 2017, Rob was brought into the ESOP environment and became executive vice president and then president of BAYCOM. While president, he led a transformation of the business that delivered a 42% increase in company profits.
Rob couples his expertise in producing bottom-line results with a commitment to talent development. Over the years, he’s trained and mentored a number of mid-level managers who have grown to become highly skilled executive leaders.
