Our ESOP journey began in 1992 when our legacy operating company, CC&N, sold the business to its employees. CC&N's success over the years enabled us to create a diversified holding company. In 2015, we founded OwnersEdge to protect and serve the sustainability of wealth creation for employee owners. Today, we buy and hold healthy businesses with healthy cultures.
