Our ESOP journey began in 1992 when our legacy operating company, CC&N, sold the business to its employees. CC&N's success over the years enabled us to create a diversified holding company. In 2015, Lisa Reardon established OwnersEdge to protect and serve the sustainability of wealth creation for employee owners. Today, we buy and hold healthy businesses with healthy cultures.
