Our Edge: What It Means to Join OwnersEdge Angi Krueger December 9, 2024

Imagine being part of something bigger than just a job—a community where your hard work has meaning, your contributions make a difference and your success is shared. OwnersEdge is a collection of employee-owned companies united by company ownership and a commitment to a shared purpose. Here, ownership isn’t just a title; it’s a culture. It’s about building a future together, where everyone has a stake in the outcome.

How the Name and New Logo Tell Our Story

The best way to understand OwnersEdge is to look at the company name and logo.

The name OwnersEdge came from a leadership team meeting at CC&N, where Lisa Reardon, former CC&N President and founder of OwnersEdge, had a vision for the long-term growth and sustainability of the ESOP. She envisioned a diversified ESOP holding company for the future benefit of all employees and their families. In a brainstorming meeting that followed, the team left the meeting thinking, “We are owners, and we are on the edge of something great.” It was from this concept that the name came to life and set a precedent which started our diversified acquisition journey.

The new logo is a symbolic representation of the company’s journey and evolution together. While a logo can’t fully tell the story, it can capture the essence of the company’s purpose.

“Our new logo centers on the letter ‘E,’ designed with three bold stripes that evoke the American flag,” stated Angi Krueger, Chief Marketing Officer at OwnersEdge. “These stripes stand for pride, unity and the dream of shared success. This dream resonates throughout the OwnersEdge portfolio of companies. The sharp angles on the “E” reflect our edge in the market, signaling innovation, leadership and a forward-looking approach. This isn’t just branding for us; it symbolizes what we stand for and aspire to accomplish together.”

The logo represents the company’s commitment to creating workplaces in which talented individuals can build their careers in a stable environment while reaching their own financial goals in parallel.

A Cohesive Identity for a Shared Vision

OwnersEdge is more than just a collection of diverse companies. The company is united by one goal: to grow together and share in the American dream. Even though the collective companies focus on different industries and areas of expertise, this goal unifies everyone, creating a sense of belonging that transcends individual roles and brands.

“As OwnersEdge grows, we’re committed to setting a high standard for ESOP holding companies, where ownership truly means empowerment,” said Rob Dillon, Chief Executive Officer. “This cohesion strengthens our identity and showcases the values we hold close. Modernizing our brand puts forward a look that matches our ambitions.”
